We provide Web Care Plans according to your needs. All Web Care Plans are charged monthly and help to ensure your site is kept up to date, running smooth and free of any malware.

• Update all plugins/theme weekly
• Check for plugin conflicts and errors
• Test site front end to ensure everything running smooth
• Server monitoring
• Security analysis
• Email and direct message same day support (Premium plan includes on-call emergency services included as development hours.)
• 5 hours extra development work included*.
• Extra work billed at standard rate of $40/hr  (all time is tracked and reports emailed monthly)
• Premium plan includes on-call emergency services included as development hours (includes outside regular business hours), emergency hour overages billed at rate of $40/hr

*Development work includes fixing any errors that appear after updating site that are over allotted 4 hour update timeframe, design changes, improve website speed, product/category modifications, SEO, and anything else need us to do.
